1.One free no-charge incident - Registered users that have purchased Fax2000  are entitled to a one-no-charge incident.  To qualify for the free technical support you must provide the registration number when calling.  
2. Purchase technical support:  $25.00 an incident.   We accept most of the major credit cards for payment.

When contacting us, please provide the following information
1. Name of the computer maker, model, speed of computer.
2. Which  operating system  is on the computer with Fax2000: either Windows 95,  Windows 98, Windows ME, Windows 2000 or Windows NT 4.0
3. Size of hard drive and amount of free space on the hard drive.
4. Name of smtp server for email.
5. Name of fax modem.
6. Check the Version of Fax2000 you have.
7. Provide a return email address that you want the answer to technical question sent.
8. A phone number where you can be contacted by our technical staff.
The type of connection to the Internet, dialup connection or LAN connection.
